Access limits

Where we can set up

To protect the safety of our drivers and avoid damaging your rented items or home architecture, please review our strict delivery parameters.

  • Max 2nd Floor (No Elevator)

If there is no elevator, we can carry heavy hardwood desks or modular sofas up to the 2nd floor maximum.

  • Minimum Stair Width: 95cm

Large items require wide corridors. Stairwells must have a clear path width of at least 95cm to guarantee safe passage.

  • Zero Obstacles Policy

Please clear low ceiling fixtures, fragile art, bikes, or general building storage from the stairs prior to our arrival.

Why we enforce these limits

Moving premium, heavy, and bulky furniture up tight or tall vertical shafts presents high risk. By keeping within these bounds, we prevent catastrophic drops, worker injuries, and costly cosmetic damages to your apartment's walls and stairwells.

Can we access barrier‑free?

Use this guide to inspect your home entry before booking. Spiral, winding, or extremely constrained walkways will block heavy delivery items such as chairs and desks.

  • Wide open concrete entrance leading into a villa
Wide, straight staircase with a glass railing

    Possible access

    Wide, Straight Staircases

Straight stairways with a width of 95cm or more and high ceiling clearances allow comfortable structural navigation for our delivery personnel and items.

  • Narrow stone doorway leading to a tight corridor
Spiral staircase inside a living room

    Not possible

    Narrow or Spiral Staircases

Spiral staircases or narrow turns restrict the pivot room required for solid oak bed frames, continuous solid wood desks, and oversized lounge chairs.

Our policy

If access isn't possible

Sometimes on-site parameters differ from expectations. If our delivery crew arrives and identifies that setup upstairs cannot be performed safely, we guarantee these transparent next steps:

  1. 01

    Ground floor delivery

Your rented furniture pieces will be safely offloaded and delivered directly to the entrance foyer or ground floor apartment zone.

  2. 02

    Setup fee fully refunded

Receive an immediate refund for the specialized setup service fee. The standard product rental remains active.

  3. 03

    Order cancellation

If ground floor delivery does not work, you can request an order cancellation. Please note that logistics delivery and return fees are non-refundable.

Before
you book setup:

Avoid delivery-day surprises by reviewing this simple 3-step checklist.

  • Is your delivery floor 2nd or below? (If no lift is present)

  • Are your stairs at least 95cm wide with no tight spiral curves?

  • Is there clear access from the street entrance all the way to your setup room?

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to common logistics and support questions about our setup offering.

Any space where our drivers cannot walk holding the item side-by-side. If corridors are less than 95cm wide, or if a staircase winds around a tight 180-degree pivot without landing clearance, it is too narrow.
