About the role
Monis is committed to creating 100% stress-free office supply for remote workers to rent. As Procurement Manager, you will drive product sourcing and supply chain development — from market research and supplier negotiation to manufacturing coordination and import/export management.
What you'll do
- Market research for manufacturers and suppliers
- Supplier negotiation for pricing, terms, and conditions
- Cross-functional collaboration on specifications and timelines
- Manufacturing coordination including production and shipment
- Import/export process management with customs clearance
- Relationship management with suppliers
What you bring
- Product sourcing experience, preferably in China
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with office furniture sourcing (monitors, chairs, desks)
- Negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings
- Import/export and customs documentation expertise
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- English fluency (additional languages valued)
