What is the minimum capital required to start?
The minimum capital required to become a merchant starts at $5.000 with a bootstrapping strategy, or a one-time investment in items at approx. $20.000. Please bear in mind that these numbers can change based on your acquired location. Our team will finalize these stats together with you before opening. Short terms credits are available, please talk to our team for further information.  
What is the marketing strategy?
Once you become our partner, we'll continually drive new customers to you from our website, and other channels. We are providing global marketing benefiting each merchant and a team of marketing, analytics, and product experts who are committed to growing your business. 
You will be responsible for implementing a local offline marketing stream building partners and onboarding offline affiliates.
What happens if a product gets damaged?
If you recognize a returned damaged item, you can open a damage report in your dashboard and set the damage value. After informing the customer, we excess the customer's security deposit and additionally charge his payment cards if needed. You will get paid out in full to restock the item right away.
Can I set the items prices?
We have a designated rental fee to live up to our customer promises. You can offer additional discounts or other promotions anytime to your customers on site.  
How do I get paid? 
To provide an effective and efficient service, we are paying out every beginning of the month. The payment is the full turnover from the previous month minus the service fee of 20%.
What is required for the storage space?
Ideally, the storage is in the city center as it would be the most of our customers stay and keep your delivery & pickup time short. However, when bootstrapping you can start becoming a merchant from home. We aim for a high rental frequently – there should be never more than 20% stock at your storage.  
How many people do I need to start the business? 
In the beginning, 1 person is enough to run the business. We keep all the processes effective and efficient. Once it grows, we recommend hiring a full-time driver and store manager. At this point, you can step out of the daily operation and continue supervising.
