Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time for free before payment. If you need to return items early, we are able to refund the outstanding weekly amount.

All orders will need to get covered by a small security deposit based on your order volume. It will be automatically refunded to you on the day of return.

A delivery and pickup fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. If you move during your rental period, you can update your return location through your dashboard.
